    Our external alarm bell was bleeping uncontrollably and couldn’t be disabled. Called bill in the evening and he came to help us on Good Friday morning - a day he had planned to take off. He was the utmost professional, courteous and very tidy and organised. Sorted things out very quickly and charged a very reasonable fee. Will definitely use again.

    Bill is an incredible person who helped save our family sanity when our house alarm system (which hadn’t been maintained properly by us) kept going off through the night. He called back very early on a Sunday and talked me through all the steps to temporarily fix the issue. He then came to our home, serviced and replaced the faulty elements of the entire system, within a couple of hours. Super friendly, totally trustworthy and highly knowledgeable about anything to do with alarm fitting and maintenance. Lovely, professional guy and Can’t recommend him highly enough.

    Could not agree more with all the excellent 10 star reviews which Bill deserves. He knows his stuff, is totally reliable and one couldn't be in better hands. Since Bill installed our new alarm system and now regularly under takes the annual maintenance service, we never had a problem. We are very happy with the excellent work his company provides and therefore highly recommend Bat Security Systems for any alarm matters.
