    I reached out to Robert for a bathroom refurbishment. He promptly arranged a visit to quote the job and provided a clear breakdown of the work and costs involved. Throughout the project, they showed punctuality, hard work, and respectfulness, which was particularly important to me as I work from home. During the refurbishment process, we encountered the need to make some changes to the original project scope, and Rob patiently explained everything that was needed. He was a great support whenever I had questions, at any time of the day. I am really happy with the job and would recommend them.

    I couldn’t recommend Rob and Bathfit more, from start to finish the level and quality of service was first class. Rob was excellent at providing ideas and recommendations during the planning stage and the fitters were top quality, workmanship was top level and they were tidy and courtesy and ensured I was left with hearing and water each night. I was kept up to date with any changes in costs from the quotes and these were minimal from the original quotes provided. Overall I could not be happier with the bathrooms Bathfit delivered and the quality of their service and work. Highly recommend

    The salesman arranged to come to give us a quote at 9am this morning. We made sure was ready for him coming as it was so early on a Sunday morning, yet he never turned up. My husband text him to see if he was coming and he never replied. What a disappointing service.. Its a shame as we liked his work from the pictures but we don’t like his reliability. We wouldn’t mind but he was the one that arranged it all. He’s now lost a potential customer.

    I highly recommend these guys. We've had a few problems with the current bathroom over the years mainly due to shoddy workmanship. Rob visited and explained in detail how they strip right back to bare walls and literally start from fresh. Quote received was detailed, clear and informative. A few tweaks were made to include a new ceiling and a few bits and bobs and the work was booked in. Steve and Marshal turned up and started the work. I've never seen more meticulous and careful workmen ....so clean and tidy with such attention to detail. Nice guys as well. End result is a gorgeous bathroom
