• Roof repairs and chimney flashing installed

  Paul was the only roofer who made the effort to inspect the issue I was having with my chimney. He talked me though the problem and suggested a solution. I was provided with a quote promptly which clearly itemised the work required. On the day that work commenced Paul was on time, friendly and talked me through the process. Photos were taken throughout which was very helpful and welcomed. The weather was a bit hit and miss which hindered work slightly, however the communication was excellent and I am very happy with the result. Thank you so much, I would recommend Bayliss Roofing Services.

• Repair to a large expanse of garden shed/studio roof

  Paul was invited to re-roof a very large garden shed cum studio, following a couple of leaks into it. It's the second time we've called Paul in - a recommendation in itself I guess. He's a skilled, knowledgeable and meticulous craftsman who offers solutions to problems (a rubberised roofing felt in our case) - not a one size fits all approach. Paul's creative and professional approach meant that the end result was a perfect fit for our problem. We will seek him out again when we have roofing issues and can't recommend him highly enough.

• Repair roof leaks

  Paul came to repair our roof to fix a number of leaks we’d discovered throughout the wet weather. Scaffolding was erected quickly and work began, on starting the job, Paul realised that work carried out by a previous ‘tradesman’ was done very poorly - old, broken tiles laid back down and felting underneath not replaced. He ended up replacing around 70+ roof tiles for us, replacing the baton and felting underneath to ensure we are left with a safe roof throughout winter. Thank you Paul for completely the work so quickly and repairing the many issues that you found!
