    Ben came to assess a suspected damp issue in my dining room but found that it was actually the French windows leaking and not actually damp. He was kind, courteous and explained fully what needed to happen even though the job wasn’t for him. Very grateful, thank you

    I spoke to Ben on the phone last year. He asked for photos and measurements which I sent. We agreed a price. I removed the carpets, radiator and skirting ready for his arrival but he didn't show up. Do not rely on him.

    Ben was polite, friendly, professional and helpful on our first conversations. He attended the property to quote quickly and provided the insurance company everything they required. It was a lengthy process the loss adjusters did not make easy. Ben liased with them directly multiple times to ensure what was needed and carried out to higher standards than the insurance tried to get away with. Ben went above and beyond and without him as an ally, the kitchen would not have been refurbished with new tenants in so efficiently. The stress he saved me was invaluable. Top guy, highly recommended!
