Repair of upstairs toilet and cold taps

After a surprise visit from Thames Water in the adjoining street, our upstairs, recently repaired, toilet was once again not working properly. Also, neither were the 2 cold taps upstairs. It was a Saturday morning when this happened. After frantic texting over the weekend the Plumber turned up on Monday morning, treating us as an emergency- he quickly diagnosed the problems and was able to effect repairs quickly and efficiently
