    I found Berkshire Upholstery through Checkatrade and am so pleased I did! I had a footstool that needed reupholstering to match a new sofa I'd purchased. I emailed the team with pictures and an explanation of what needed doing. Helen was brilliant - she promptly responded to any queries I had and updated me as the job progressed. I felt assured that Steve and the team were on board with the look/design I was aiming for. Both pick up and delivery went smoothly and the finished product was exceptional. I'm over the moon and can't recommend Berkshire Upholstery highly enough!

    We had impeccable service from this company from start to finish. It was easy to make an appointment to view a sensible selection of fabrics for the chairs. We were given good advice on choosing the fabric by Louise, and she and Helen then handled the ordering process and collection and return of the chairs with exemplary efficiency, keeping us in touch with the process along the way. The work was done very promptly, and the chairs look very smart indeed. The price was very reasonable for such good work. A fine example of how to run a good business!

    This trade person is not reliable and serios at all.They were saying that they will take over the work I requested to be done and within a week they changed their mind and informed me that that can't carry out this work and no longer can help me with my request.So this was a very bad experience that i have been trough and totally disappointing and frustrating for me.

    I would highly recommend this company. They were the first to get in touch and give me a quote. The chair is a post war utility children's chair which has been in the family for many years. It was in a sad state. I chose a new fabric from one of the suppliers on their website. The chair was picked up and delivered, having had an amazing transformation! I couldn't be more pleased with the quality and standard of workmanship. I would certainly use this company again for any upholstery needs.
