  Ian and Phil built a first floor extension with two rooms on top of our existing ground floor extension, prepared a box room for an en suite, moved stairs and adjusted a downstairs room layout. Ian did a fantastic job and stuck to the quoted cost and our budget unless there were additional items we asked for during the job. His assistance and advice during the planning process and throughout the job were invaluable, and accommodated our requests for fixture layouts. The subcontractors brought in were professional and easy to work with. We will definitely look to work with him in the future.

  Ian is just great to work with, he communicates regularly with helpful updates, gives helpful advice and unlike some builders I have experienced HE COMES WHEN HE SAYS HE WILL AND DOES THE WORK HE HAS PROMISED TO DO. All his work is to a high standard, neat and tidy, he doesn't cut corners and operates in such a way that could easily examine every stage of the build. I would certainly welcome the opportunity to work with Ian again.

The workmanship was of an excellent standard and we are very pleased with their work. Ian also advised us with ideas we had not though of and kept us informed throughout.

  We are very pleased with the work this company did for us. A beautiful extension, and quality service. They were very courteous, professional and put us all at ease. Although it was a big job, they tried to make it as easy as possible for us all to still be around with our family with as little disruption as possible. Always immaculately tidy at end of the day. • Converting garage into utility room and smaller garage space

  Ian from Bespoke buildings did an excellent job in converting our existing garage into a utility room with full electrics , heating with industry standard insulation meeting all industry regulations to become a nice living and utility space including an entry into the garage. The job included stud walls, full plastering and management of building regulators. Ian and his team were very thorough. He’s a pleasant guy to work with and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone. In fact we’ll be using Ian’s firm again for future work to our kitchen next year.
