• Removal of wall and RSJ

  Richard and his team removed a wall from our property making it open plan, and gave it a lovely tidy finish. They also removed an arch with an RSJ in and put in a beam higher up to support it. Work was done very professionally and they took care in making everything need and tidy whilst keeping the property and their own tools need and tidy. Did all this for a very good price

• Full house refurb

  We found Bexley Building company through checkatrade and from the initial conversation to the finalising our house, they didn’t disappoint once. The best thing we did was choose Richard and the team as our builders. The house hadn’t been decorated in many years, and this was the first full house refurb we have done. Richard’s knowledge and input has made our house a beautiful home and we can’t thank Richard and the team enough.

  Bexley building were a pleasure to work with, the 2nd time round and have proved to be worthy of every accolade listed in their reviews. This was a garage conversion to a room and bathroom which required raising and building a new floor, raising the height of the walls, installing a new roof, plastering and decorating.Their combination of skill, being sticklers for detail and providing very useful advice is a rarity so if you want the job done professionally and within the budget and timeframe then I can guarantee you that you'll be hard pressed to find a better team than Bexley Building.

• Fitting replacement bathroom

  Richard and his team installed a new bathroom for me earlier this year. However, within the first month, Richard had to return to fix the toilet and cracked floor tiles. Since, the bath silicone has failed, and another of the tiles has cracked. I've been trying to contact Bexley Building Co. About this for a month. I spoke to Richard once, but he hasn't replied to my voicemails or messages since. So I still have a cracked tile and water's getting down the side of the bath, damaging the floor underneath. I'm disappointed, as Richard was very communicative when he wanted payment.

  Richard and his team are sticklers for perfection. I’ve had an interior wall put up; another wall knocked down with a beam installed; kitchen installed; plastering; painting; electric works etc., and I must say this was done very neatly without fuss and to perfection. Richard’s advice led to a much-improved kitchen design, and we’re very happy and grateful for all his efforts. We’ll definitely be using Richard and his team for my next project. If you’re looking for someone who thinks outside the box with attention to detail, I recommend you get in touch with Bexley building company.
