  Did 2 EICRs for me but does not reply to calls or messages or emails when I am trying to get the copies of the actual certificates which I am unable to download from the email he sent. I was after 2 more EICRs as well but will not use him now and have to contact NEICIC to get my certificates from him.

  Simon is just exceptional. We put on a large extension, which required significant electrical work. The quality of the work carried out is of the highest standard. He visited us beforehand to discuss in detail what we wanted in each room and explained carefully what he would do. He gave us excellent advice. We are utterly delighted with the work. He was always so professional: punctual, courteous and a pleasure to have in our home. Communication and attention to detail was outstanding. When we need electrical work done in the future, we will be asking Simon. First class service.

• Removed existing wall and ceiling lights and fitted replacement wall and ceiling lighting.

  Work carried out to a high standard. Lights resited with minimum impact upon the existing plasterwork. Although the work only took one day, we requested that the work be completed over 2 half days due to delivery of new lights and this was accommodated at no extra cost. Simon was pleasant, polite and offered sensible advice about new lights. We have no hesitation in recommending Simon and will use him again for future work.

• Fitting additional socket

  Great guy! Simon responded very quickly to my request for fitting an additional socket, was great at identifying the best technical solution to do that and quoted a fair price for the works. On the day he executed the works efficiently and neatly - and was also happy to do some additional electrical works while he was there, also at a reasonable price. Simon is very friendly and courteous, communication was very good from start to finish.
