  Iain carried out a diligent significant refurbishment of 2 industrial units. This included removing partitioning, ceilings, boiler, radiators and included all the making good such as flooring and decoration to help us achieve an energy efficiency of EPC B. Good quality and sensibly priced work to a decent standard. Have found Iain to be very versatile and if he can't do it himself, he knows someone who can.
