    I had high expectations as Bits Bobs n Odd Jobs were very responsive over email and were charging a high price. Arranged to work from home for the day (not easy in my job) but the handyman did not arrive in time to complete the work. Very disappointed and unsure as to why this job was booked in when the handyman did not have availability to complete it.

  • Fixing 3 door knobs

    Do not use this company. Charged over £ 200 to fix 3 door knobs, they required 2 visits to measure up to fit 2 kitchen shelves and then quoted over £ 1000, so obviously I did the job myself for under £ 100. They then debited my account without warning with the £ 200 instead of my landlady's account whom they had invoiced and on whose behalf the work was carried out. Ridiculous. Terrible service, terrible response time, terrible organisation and terrible prices. AVOID
