    Since moving into our new property we have had continuous issues with the upstairs toilets blocking. We have had other companies come out and unblock, but continued to see issues. Called DrainBoss this time, aiming to get this finally resolved. They were prompt and reviewed the issue, with CCTV drain survey. They outlined our options, as well as clearly stating the risks involved, and clearly advised pricing, with no pressure for us to get work undertaken. They cleared all of the scale out from the internal pipes with no issues. They were clean and tidy throughout the process. Would recommend.

    Although the engineer had been held up at a previous job, I was kept in the loop and reassured by Victoria, that I hadn't been forgotten. As a woman alone in the dark, cold and in town, I was feeling very upset and vulnerable and Victoria helped to ease my anxiety over the phone. When Charlie arrived he was extremely apologetic and very efficient. Keys were retrieved within minutes! He even offered to stay with me until breakdown assistance or a friend with jump leads turned up. Luckily not needed in the end. Very professional and personal company. Would highly recommend drainboss.

    Our drains have blocked repeatedly over the past few years due to shoddy workmanship (choose your builder very carefully!). We have used DrainBoss on each of these occasions to unblock the drains, and they are unfailingly punctual, polite and reliable. On the last occasion, we also asked them to stick a camera up the drain to find out why it kept blocking. This revealed the full horror of the builder's bodge-job, leaving us with no choice but to line the pipe. We were happy to give the job to DrainBoss, and - as before - they smashed it. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

    Called Drain Boss asking for help, Charlie arrived within two hours cleared the problem and fixed a valve on the outside tap too. He was polite, friendly and helpful. Very professional and efficient. £50 cheaper than Dyno Rod and much better service.
