    John has fitted blinds for us throughout the house. These have all been outstanding. Customer service is fantastic and John is quickly on hand with any queries. We had a part on the blind damaged with wear and tear and John was straight round and fitted a replacement

    I had 2 bay windows fitted with shutters at a cost of nearly £3000. The quality of the shutters and fitting was fine apart from 1 of the shutters had a big scratch on it. They said they would replace the whole shutter. 3 months later they came to replace it and the wrong shutter had been ordered so they said they would order it again. Over a year after the initial fitting and numerous attempts to get it rectified it still has not been replaced. Customer service is absolutely terrible after they receive their money. Disappointing. I definitely would not use them again.

    Bluebell fitted a combination of Venetian, perfect fit and roller blinds in my new home , they gave much needed advice about best options to go for and even ordered a design they didn’t have in their catalogue . I’m over the moon with how fab they look, cost and the guys who did the job , wouldn’t go anywhere else and will be recommending to others
