  Job completed well with great attention to detail, thoughtful advice and high quality materials. Installed an air conditioning unit, together the external garage is now warm and dry and cheap to heat. Bob and his team were great at communicating where they were and asking for feedback on their plans. I was especially pleased they often chose the harder option that ended up with a better finished product. Would use again!

  Bob and his team had to remove an interior brick walling to extend an existing small toilet and create a new, larger en suite bathroom / wet shower as an integral part of a large bedroom. Being an old house, locating and re-routing piping and cables was tricky and efficiently done. Workmanship was of high quality and the shower room tiling was particularly well done. Communications with Bob and his team were excellent throughout and the job was completed within budget.

  My tenants had a problem with mould last year, Bob viewed the property nd identified areas for improvement. He carried them out professionally and correspondence was good throughout. I'll remember him if I need any work to be carried out in the future, thank you.

  Scope of job fine, builders local with additional experience to tackle heating/plumbing. Took a while to get a viewing for a provisional quote, provided specific information to the builder and it took over a week for them to say the job was not for him. Frustrated and disappointed that 1) this could have been done earlier to minimise time wastage and 2) the comms were distinctly lacking...  company office dictates the work carried out - appeared disconnected. a Shame

  Bob and his workers arrived on time everyday and worked quickly, adapting as the job progressed as things never go to plan in an old house. He was finished in the time specified and to the agreed budget.

  Bob (and George) did all the works listed to an incredibly high standard. Nothing was too much trouble. They were extremely courteous and helpful and it was a pleasure to do business with them. I look forward to working with them again.
