    Phone call to arrange appointment was quick and easy. As promised the engineer messaged when half an hour away. He had been held up at another job and apologised. He was efficient in doing the job making sure he kept the area clean and made sure he soaked up any water that leaked. Would use this service again.

    Ross came out to fix a boiler fault in our home on Monday afternoon, called before arrival was very professional and went out of his way to fix the problem, we had issues with the water tank and needed a new thermostat as well as some issues with the water tank. All fixed within 2 hours including Ross going out to a store to collect a new thermostat to replace the faulty one all working fine now and would definitely use Boiler Medics again.

    Jenny confirmed the work to be done, the colour of sealant and £80 per hour plus VAT. She refused to give a quote. The tradesman Ricky arrived at 11.10am. I told him to go straight ahead to my bathroom. It took him "5 hours" to mastic my normal sized bath, 1 x 2 ft sink cupboard and a 7 x 5 ft non integrated kitchen floor! I checked it and was left with a £540 bill which I had to pay. The next day I noticed the mastic around the bath was incomplete. I asked him to return to complete it and the kitchen. He stated I had to pay a further £80 which I refused. I asked him to put it right. He said no!
