  I would highly recommend using BTS Removals services. Their service has been amazing from beginning to end. They were able to give us a quote straight away based on information we had given and were prompt to come and view the property and review it’s contents which we really preferred as other removal companies wanted so much information before even giving a quote . Phil was amazing and very friendly and was quick to repond to emails etc. On removal day they were on time and careful to pack everything. It really was a no fuss service and we thought it was excellent. Highly recommend.

• Packing and moving our 3 bed house

  Phil and his team were professional and quick - they did a brilliant job packing our whole house and making the whole moving experience so much less stressful. Communication was excellent and they were on time every time. Very competitive pricing. Would not hesitate to use again. And they gave us ample time to unpack all of our boxes before they collected them again…though hopefully I won’t be moving house again for another 10 years. But if I do, I will 100% use movers to pick and move everything.

  Phil the boss, wasn't the cheapest but came across as one of the most experienced in removals. He came around initially and had a good walk about and made an appraisal of what to expect and how to prepare. He estimated how many vehicles and was spot on. The three guys working for him were brilliant. Not a thing was any trouble for them when asked and they worked extremely hard. I used Phils wrapping service and everything arrived safely without and breakages. Phil was full of advice about our move not just removals and he removed a lot of stress from what was a stressful time.

  Booked having checked Checkatrade. A family business, very flexible and easy to work with from first call. Phil kindly did me two visits to scope the job (initially downsizing to a 2/3 bed, then chose a 4 bed so could take more stuff) . They couldn't have been more accommodating to those changes, or my constant date move changes and last minute tweaks. They were early for every appointment including the packing day and removals. In and out quickly, they beat me down to my new HOME! All packed securely, no damages, protected the cream carpets! Wonderful staff and superb value. RECOMMENDED!

• Home move from Bracknell to Thatcham

  Phil and his team arrived on time, did a walk round the flat to assess the order to load the van. They worked non-stop, using blankets to cover the furniture to prevent scratches. Phil dismantled our ottoman bed and office desk and then reassembled at the other end. At the bungalow the team quickly unloaded items in the relevant room. Phil and his team made the move efficient and stress free. A fantastic service and I wouldn't hesitate to use Bracknell Transport Services again and would recommend others to use this family run business for their move.

• Great service for a very competitive price on 3 bed house pack and move

  Phil and Sophie were helpful re. Any questions and Phil and his 2 colleagues were friendly and packed quickly and efficiently and then moved us without a hitch the following day. They also disconnected and reconnected our washing machine - something most other companies wouldn't do (or would only 'show us how to do') and didn't require the boxes back within a week. Best of all - they were cheapest quote of 5!
