    Brian did an excellent job converting a basic old utility room into one which now houses a toilet and small wash hand basin. He removed old kitchen units, a large sink and work top and reconfigured cupboards in the kitchen to accommodate our fridge freezer. Brian did a beautiful job turning a drab room into a lovely utility room and toilet. He plumbed in the new toilet and basin, relocating the washing machine, plastering, painting the walls and installing new cupboards. Brian was meticulous, tidy, and his finishing eg with tiling was great. We would highly recommend Brian Chessell Services.

    I hired Brian to refurbish my small bathroom as I saw the amazing work that he did in my daughter's dated house. My house was built in the 1900s and the bathroom is small. However Brian came across many surprises along the way where he had to examine and complete repair work before moving on. Brian communicated well from day one and his estimate was spot on apart from the additional costs re "surprises" mentioned above. Brian is punctual and polite, very clean and tidy, and wastes no time. I look forward to him completing my next project and would recommend him 100%.

Company info

Since September 2002, Brian Chessell Electrical Contractors has grown into a well-respected electrical company within the Brighton & Hove area. Now due to relocation I can offer my services to a much larger area.

Following the start-up of my home improvement service in May 2009 with great success, I have merged both companies to create the company as it stands now, Brian Chessell Electrical & Property Services.

With over 20 years’ experience I pride myself on being professional, tidy and polite and take a considerable amount of care and pride in the work I do.

My range of services provided include:

* Bathrooms Full or Partial Replacement 

* Fitted Kitchens including Partial Re-fits/Worktop changes

* Plumbing

* Interior and exterior decorating

* Wall/Floor Tiling

* Full/Partial Refurbishments

* Extra Power/Lighting Points as well as minor electrical repairs

Please note that I do not repair appliances. You would need to contact a domestic appliance engineer for this.
