    As always excellent and very professional service, work was completed exactly as agreed, no mess no fuss and everything done safely and correctly ! Really happy with the result would reccomed Joe and his team at Brighter Outlook everytime ! Can’t thank them enough for their hard work on this dealing with a dangerous tree which was very overgrown and too close to ours and neighbouring houses, and in a quite restricted area .Certainly recommend you give them a call if you need help with your trees I will definitely use them again if we have anything else needed, thanks

    I had a gigantic Eucalyptus Tree over 60ft high in my back garden that overhung several neighbours gardens as well, that I needed removed. I was concerned in case the felled branches damaged any neighbours properties, but Joe explained that each branch would be roped off and slowly lowered safely into my garden. Joe and his team arrived on schedule and soon set to work in a cheerful and professional manner, they had all the equipment and machinery to move the heavy logs into their lorry outside, I would certainly use Brighter Outlook again if I needed any future tree work done.

    Walnut tree at the end of our garden had been causing concern to neighbours. Brighter Outlook attended in the autumn and discussed options with us and neighbours. A plan of work to reduce the tree's spread and thin it whilst preserving its beauty was agreed and quoted for. A fair price, the extensive work went ahead in February when the tree was dormant. We are pleased with the result and believe our neighbours are too. We have discussed a management plan with Brighter Outlook for the future of the tree which it is hoped will ensure its future to everyone's satisfaction.
