    Brilliant bathrooms met my requirements, doing what I wanted, with good quality of workmanship. They are well organised keeping their promised schedule, leaving the premises tidy. Brilliant Bathrooms were a please to work with.

    As to close perfect as one could expect. The process is simple and quick. The room was measured, (Guy),a drawing and quote followed the next day. A visit to choose products, (Guy)start day quoted, fitter arriving followed the next day by the products. Russ our fitted was a pleasure to work with. His attention to detail and cleanliness are to be praised. Paul kept things moving forward and assisted in choosing paint Color and flooring. Mark the decorator and Sean who fitted the floor were also great to deal with. To conclude, an excellent experience and a job beautifully completes.

    Brilliant Bathrooms truly are Brilliant. For our second job with them, we received excellent showroom service and advice from Jamie, initial site recce and advice from Guy, overall site supervision by Paul and fantastic tradesmanship by fitter Andy, ably assisted by Luke. This level of personal service and supervision of progress gives real confidence. Andy and Luke removed the old shower, completely re-plumbed the new stall and provided a tiled feature wall. They were always prompt, tidy, utterly trustworthy and reliable. Overall, we were delighted with Brilliant Bathrooms again.

    In store salesperson extremely helpful in pointing out the various options available. Installation manager helpful in decision making regarding products and fittings and colour schemes and also overseeing the progress of the dismantling of the old and installation of the new. The craftsmen were thorough and faultless in their workmanship, leaving a clean and tidy room on completion.

    Stress free installation from start to finish very professional company Jamie had some great advice and knowledge on the products in the showroom. Paul the project manager kept us informed through the whole installation has when the other trades will be coming ran like clockwork. Fitters Steve and Dillon were a credit to the company very punctual polite and courteous. The workmanship was a very high standard due to Steve being very meticulous with his work would highly recommend this company if you require a new bathroom .First class installation thanks to the whole team great job.

We are immensely proud of our Checkatrade record, and as you can see from our Customer comments, we have had regular feedback every month since we registered with them in October 2010. Every single one of our customers is given a Checkatrade form to complete, meaning we are able to maintain continuity of feedback; there are no gaps for you to query. We are only a small company with four teams of fitters and intend to stay that way; it means we can keep our fingers on the pulse, thus enabling us to provide you with a more personal and well above average service.    

We begin by providing a free design/technical survey visit which results in a proposed plan of the room, detailing the best use of space and storage. All your requirements, including plastering, construction/demolishing of walls, decoration etc. are fully catered for and are carried out by our own experienced craftsmen. Our Brilliant Bathrooms Installation Manager liaises closely with you and our fitter to ensure the project is managed to a very high standard. In addition, he is available for you to contact at all times in order to give you complete peace of mind. 

Brilliant Bathrooms offer a variety of bathroom furniture. Utopia’s range of fitted furniture is very popular, especially the space-saving reduced depth units, but if you prefer solid wood, Vanity Hall is the Company for you. They also provide a stylish range of wall hung ‘slab top’ basin units. Both Companies proudly manufacture their furniture in the UK.

Quality European products also feature within each bathroom. ‘Grohe’ manufacture superb quality showers and taps, whilst ‘Laufen’ produces luxurious Swiss sanitary ware. ‘Vitra’ provides raised height WCs, suitable for the taller or less mobile customer. Brilliant Bathrooms is also an outlet for renowned Spanish ‘Porcelanosa’ tiles. In order to provide you with a seamless service and beautifully co-ordinated bathroom, ALL choices for your bathroom are made within our showroom without having to visit any other outlet.
