  Keith and his excellent team did a superb job on our garage conversion. The key words I would choose to describe them are: skilled, reliable, professional, courteous and communicative. They tackled every challenge with confidence and care, always with attention to detail and never cutting corners. The outcome is truly remarkable. A dark, cold, dingy garage has been transformed into two lovely rooms – a bright, cheerful, office and a utility room. We highly recommend them. You may have to wait a few months to get them, because they are much in demand, but your patience will be fully rewarded!

• Extension and garage conversion

  Building Foundation were fantastic. Did a brilliant job and Keith and all his team were always polite and hardworking. Turned up everyday when they said they would and kept the site tidy. Very good attention to detail. Keith came up with some very helpful ideas which we found useful. Communication was very good and quote was accurate. We've used Building Foundation before and will use again. Definitely recommend.

• Refit of kitchen and bathroom

  Building Foundation refitted a kitchen, a very tiny bathroom (with the associated challenges!), laid new flooring, created new cupboards and shelves under the stairs, removed fireplaces, replaced a window and replaced a boiler. All work was completed to a very high standard and Keith and his team were very considerate at working round us as we remained on the premises with our young children. Each day Keith updated us on progress and answered any questions. Once the work started, someone came every day until the work was finished. Thoroughly recommended!

  The standard of the job was excellent and we are extremely pleased with the result. The staff were courteous and a pleasure to have around. These are the first builders that we have ever had that did the job properly, and tidied up after themselves! Can't recommend highly enough. Will definitely use again if the occasion arises ...

• Renovation and Remodel

  Keith and his team were fantastic when working on our renovations. They remodelled the inside, added a new kitchen, utility room and downstairs WC, as well as suggesting and carrying out other works throughout the house. The whole team were so kind and courteous, tidied up after themselves and worked so hard to get a big project done in a very reasonable amount of time. Even our neighbours commented on how great they were! We're looking forward to getting them back to do the next stage of the project soon. I can't recommend Keith enough!

• Extending the front of the house

  Keith and the team were great. Turned up on time everyday, and did what they said that they would do. They gave the work the best possible finish. Very conscious as well, ensuring that we always had reasonable access to the property and when there was no front door, and ensured that the property was safe. Wish all builders were like Keith!
