  Alush and team were fantastic throughout the process, rapidly taking down the old garage and keeping things tidy for my neighbours. The build went smoothly and they completed some additional works I asked for (access paths and fencing) whilst still keeping to the original timings. They worked extremely hard and were courteous throughout, meaning I could keep working from home with minimal interruption. They worked well with my architect and building control so the process was smooth and trouble free. I am very pleased with the results and looking forward to enjoying my new rooms.

  Building Plus did an excellent job. The team were on time every day, polite and friendly, and caused as little disruption as they possibly could. They dealt with some unforeseen, and fairly serious, issues with skill and patience, and their knowledge and experience is obvious. I always felt that the work was in safe hands. Alush's brother was very helpful throughout, taking the time to explain the issues we came across, and both he and Alush were keen to make sure the job was done properly. The new kitchen looks beautiful and I couldn't be more pleased. Thanks very much Building Plus!

• Home rennovation

  I could not recommend Alush and his team at Building Plus. Throughout the process, Alush was extremely helpful and always great to work with. They also regularly had solutions to any problems that inevitably came up during the build. We had quite a large build; a side return extension, bomb shelter demolition (yes!), new garden, kitchen, bathroom plus a number of other items. Everything was done on time per the original schedule. Most importantly, we are so happy the final product. I could not recommend them more!
