  Couldn't recommend highly enough. Efficient from start to finish. The work was carried out to a high standard. Communication between the owner and his team was first class. The whole job ran like clockwork. Project came in on budget. Literally over the moon with the outcome.

• Loft conversion and Kitchen Extension

  Major building project - hip to gable loft conversion, remodelling of 1st floor and kitchen extension. Both required major structural works, large steels and once the major parts of build completed, the internal finishes. All the work was completed to an exceptionally high standard. The building team were polite, very considerate and friendly. The whole build went incredibly smoothly and took only 3-4 months which was amazing given the amount of work. We cannot praise the team enough - they were exceptional and we would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone considering building projects

• Bathroom rebuild and refit

  Geoff's team rebuilt a bathroom that had been shoddily built many years ago, solved the complicated technical issues with the build and fitted a new bathroom. It's turned a really ugly horrid space into a really lovely little bathroom which is a pleasure to use. His team were very "can do" and solution orientated. Geoff is responsive and the work was timely and of an excellent quality. I would heartily recommend Geoff and his team.

• Extension and Loft Conversion

  We engaged with Burhill Properties following a tender process and also based on local recommendations from a number of local neighbours. From the start Geoff was very straightforward to deal with and gave us the comfort we needed to commit to a large renovation of our house. The onsite team led by Eli were a delight, nothing was too much trouble and their focus was ensuring that we were happy throughout. Geoff was always available to discuss and advise on any issues that arose and have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Burhill Properties for any project, large or small.

• Single storey extension and full renovation of existing property

  Geoff and his team have done an outstanding job on our building project. At the design stage Geoff helped us understand what we could build for our budget, and provided an itemised quote which was referred to throughout. His team worked extremely hard, were great to have around and produced a high quality of workmanship. Geoff has a large wider team of subcontractors who all know each other- this really facilitated quick and efficient building as the trades communicated so efficiently and it reduced the amount of coordination I had to do. We will definitely use Burhill Properties again.
