10Verified ReviewIt started of with an emergency call out, my mum didn't have any heating and Burt got it working. While he was there he could smell gas near the cooker and Cadent gas came out for an emergency disconnection. I booked Burt to disconnect the gas fire, new fitting to the gas pipe that feeds the cooker and a power flush on the central heating. Burt is reliable and experienced, I have recommended him to friends and neighbours.

10Verified ReviewThe work involved installing a new mains water supply from the kitchen to the bathroom. This involved digging a channel in the floor and drilling through some very thick walls. This was further complicated by running the pipes through an existing fitted kitchen and under the existing bathroom furniture. Works was completed in a day and a half including some extra challenges along the way to a great standard. Thanks again Bert.

10Verified ReviewIn all my years of having my boiler serviced, this is the first time I can honestly say that a thorough job was done. All relevant parts were taken out and tested and thoroughly cleaned before putting back; gas pressure and everything else was checked. Previously, gas engineers spent no more than 20 to 25 minutes on the job and charged the earth. The engineer took his time and explained what and why he did what he was doing, all the while being very courteous. Strongly recommend and will use again.
