  Following a comprehensive and competitive quote, we appointed Constantin and team to do a complete refurbishment of our ground floor. From day one we have not been able to fault the team’s work ethic, professionalism and commitment to the job. Cos was always able to come up with a solution to any problem or request that we threw at him and often went the extra mile. Much of the work and attention to detail is the best work you will see in construction and we now have a home that is both beautiful and practical for family life. A no-hesitation recommendation and thanks to Cos and team!

  We picked Constantin over the other builders because of the detail that he was willing to provide on the quotation. He keeps his costs under control and tries his hardest to get the best value from suppliers, while using good materials. His workmen are able to work with little to no supervision and are very hard-working, starting at 7:30am when the light allows and often not finishing until 6pm. I am impressed with the level of care that has been taken at all stages.

  Having seen CC Builders UK and Developments profile on check a trade and their feature on Grand Designs, I thought it would be worth getting in touch for a quotation for a structural opening, bi-fold door fitting and full removal of chimney. Excellent experience from the initial quoting phase through to completion of the build work. Overall, an all-round great experience and I would not hesitate to recommend CC builders to anyone. I will definitely be getting in touch again once we plan the loft conversion and rear extension. Thank you to CC Builders UK and the team!

  Constantin is a highly experienced builder who knows absolutely literally everything about construction. We had a large rear extension built at our detached house in UB7. Constantine initially gave us a computerised quote accurate with the costs of materials and labour. He is customer friendly and works to plan and fully complies with building control. The firm have excellent workers who often work over 10 hrs a day starting at 07.30 to late. They want the job done so ensure minimal disruption to their customers. We chose the kitchen from Howdens and also received almost 20% off the price. A**
