• Installation of new boiler and removal of old boiler

  Chris carried out the removal of our old boiler and installation of a new Worcester Bosch boiler in February 2024. Chris arranged to come a few days before to remove the boiler cupboard in preparation. Chris carried out a same day removal and installation and refitted the boiler cupboard afterwards. He was professional, courteous and helpful in providing us with all the information we needed to know about the process. He even arranged for new boiler regulation and guarantee certificates to be issued after the initial ones were dated incorrectly. Couldn't ask for a more professional man.

• New central heating system

  Chris fitted a central heating system for us in autumn 2023. It’s now mid-January and we can’t thank him enough! It was a large and complex job which he carried out completely to our satisfaction. He was also incredibly pleasant and helpful. Very strongly recommended.

• Replacing old warm air system with new combi boiler and radiators

  Chris did a fantastic job fitting a brand new central heating system in my house in Amersham. He was friendly, professional and always available to answer my many questions, as well as accommodating a couple of changes to the initial brief. I was managing the project remotely and Chris put my mind at ease, being flexible with timings and happy to work around other trades. Even after the system was fitted, he was happy to reply to queries I had and has supplied all of the necessary certificates giving me peace of mind for the future. Thanks Chris, highly recommended!

• Empty condensation trap and carry out partial service

  Chris of CGS Plumbing and Heating Ltd came out at short notice to fix my gurgling boiler. He arrived on time and talked me through exactly what was wrong with the boiler and what he was going to do to fix it. He also recommended additional work, he explained and showed me why he was making the recommendation. He instilled me with confidence that he was being honest and not trying to rip me off. Also, he charged me £40 less than his the bottom end of his quote range! I'm very happy to recommend CGS Plumbing and Heating Ltd, I will be using them again in a few weeks to do the recommended work.

• Boiler replacement

  Chris had already carried out work previously for me in the years before, so I knew what to expect from him. He re-sited the boiler to the downstairs kitchen area, from the upstairs bedroom, a major job therefore. He was as always a tidy worker who applied himself to the task and I cannot fault his advice, or the work carried out, right down to the reliability of the boiler he supplied, thanks Chris you're a gent :)
