  Great customer service from start to finish. Removing lower course of tiles to locate and repair a small section of damaged felt on roof that had created an internal leak through to a ground floor room. Replacing the section of tiles Followed by reviewing the lead around the roof window as well as the mid and upper course tiles sections. Identifying and replacing the broken tile, that was causing the water breach accelerating the deterioration of the roof felting, and so ensuring the roof is once again watertight.

  I made several requests go Checkertrade and Colin was the only one to provide a prompt response. Colin attended my property regards a leak and quickly diagnosed the issue. He explained it would only take him around 1 hour and would complete the work there and then for me. Colin presented as a decent and honest man which I really value in a tradesman. He reassured me by explaining if I had any issues (which I am unlikely to) he will happily return to address which was nice. My advice, before you go ahead with another roofer, check with a Colin first! Thanks again!
