Water tap leak

I selected C O'Brien Plumbing because their email informed me that they would come and take a look, there would not be a call out charge "as you are not far from me" verbatim. They changed the washers for hot and cold taps, but at the end of a 35 minute visit the problem had not been solved because I still have a leak and I still have to keep the stop cocks turned off. I have just received their invoice, and the amount is the same as the quotations from the other two plumbers who contacted me via Checkatrade. I might recommend them but unfortunately something was lost in translation.
