  From start to finish I cannot fault C P H G Services. Extremely kind, friendly and patient. Always happy to help and advise. Always did what they said they would, when they’d say they’d do it and if there were any issues, would make contact and keep me up to date. Clean and tidy while the work was going on and if the job for the day over ran, would stay on until it was finished - exceptional professionalism. I cannot thank C P H G Services enough for a fabulous job. I have an amazing bathroom now and couldn’t be more delighted. Would very highly recommend.

• Service boiler

  My 92 year old mum thought she could smell fumes coming from boiler. He managed to fit us in the next day in between jobs. Chris was really friendly. Absolutely went out of his way to make my mum feel safe. She had had british gas servicing her boiler for years and they didn't do half the cleaning or checking of parts that Chris did. Absolutely first class service at a very reasonable price. Already recommended to my sister who will have her boiler serviced in January. Would not use anybody else now, highly recommended.

• Replacement water heater.

  We had an issue with an existing water heater and I contacted Chris at CPHG services. After explaining the issue he offered to attend site to inspect the unit that morning. He arrived at the time given, checked the unit and advised, due to corrosion the unit needed replacement. He promptly provided a reasonable estimate which we accepted. He gave us a time he could visit to fit which we agreed. On the day he arrived on time and after explaining what he was going to do we left him to complete the job. He contacted us after a few hours to say the installation was complete an the unit working.
