  Having experienced Ben and his team install our home office a year back we had no hesitation engaging him again. This time to demolish our old conservatory and build a single storey extension to our lounge. We asked that it be warm and inhabitable by Christmas, and it was. After a few finishing touches in the New Year we are delighted with the end result, which was to specification and budget. We already have other renovation ideas going forward and will certainly look no further than CR Construction. Well done and thank you.

• Roof Repairs

  The contractor was helpful and when more problems arised as well as the initial roof leak Namely the roofing felt was beyond repair and needed replacement because of its age the Contractor involved me in the inspection of the roof and it's condition and the decision whether to make a short term repai or a complete refelting and battening of the whole roof and the costs involved in each choice. As scaffolding was in placeand only needed an extension It was decided to go ahead with a total repair

• New House Build

  Ben started work on our new build house Spring 2022 and finished Summer 2023. We have been living in the house for 5 months now. Ben has left us with something to be really proud of. It is a beautiful home and built to a very high standard. Ben’s team were all very pleasant, polite and hardworking and I am pleased to say that I would now call them all friends. Ben stuck to his quote and finished within schedule. We have had a couple of small problems after Ben left but he has quickly sent someone round to fix them. If I was to build a house again I would definitely ask Ben to do it for me.

  We hired CR Construction to rip out an entire room (floors, ceiling and plaster off the walls) and create two separate rooms - bathroom and walk in wardrobe. We were very impressed with the skilled workmen during the project, they were professional, courteous, tidy and have done a fantastic job! Ben did a brilliant job in lining up the tradesmens so we didn't have any loose days of no workers and he is great at communicating what is happening and updating with any timeline changes. It seems to me that he only employs top class trades people. Highly recommend CR Construction.
