Fault find a hot water issue and replace a tap for the washing machine feed.

CR Tonephol were the only plumbers to respond to me making contact locally. A date for quoting was arranged . On the day Carl turned up on time and managed to sort out the hot water issue very quickly . It was good honest advice given too with great service. The following day Chris arrived to change the tap over. Dad was super impressed by his overall attitude and work ethic. Great job, Great service, Great company I will be using again.

Great for routine servicing, repairs and installations

Tonepohl have just done the annual service on our oil boiler, which prompts me to write this review. We've had lots of work done by Tonepohl over the past six years, including new oil boiler and pump installation, various upgrades to our radiator network, and a major refit of our en suite shower room. The work has always been excellent. The people working here have all been impressive in their knowledge, technical skill, tidiness, timekeeping, and general ease to have around. The work has always been done in line with the quote given at the outset. Communications are great.

Leaking loo

For my 92 year old mums house. I texted and got a reply back that day even though it was the weekend. I sent photos and was assured that I’d be contacted on the Monday to make arrangements, hoping to get the job done. On the Monday I was told they’d be there the very next day.The two that came were polite and respectful and I can’t praise the whole experience more highly. I had rang two other plumbers who had been SWW approved but they didn’t return my call so I was delighted with the prompt and personal action I received although a relatively small job. Would highly recommend this company
