Upgrading alarm system

Company was recommended by a friend when my 35 year old alarm system failed. Very quick response to emails and very pleasant to deal with on the phone quite unlike previous company. Very efficient and professional approach throughout and would recommend to anyone wanting an alarm system installed or upgraded.

Kyle arrived promptly and was friendly and very professional. He carried out a full service on my house alarm and fully answered any questions I had. I also had a problem not receiving alert messages from my CCTV and Kyle took the time to investigate and sorted out the problem, fully explaining what he was doing each step of the way. At all times he treated my home with respect. A wonderful tradesman to have in the house

Richard arrived on time, was very polite and efficient. He advised the appropriate locations for sensors and then fitted the whole system in a few hours and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. He explained the system, and the operation of it, extremely well. He also talked me through downloading and operating the Wi-Fi controls, which, being relatively simple to use, is a boon. Complete control from wherever I happen to be. I highly recommend CSN and their product, not forgetting their personnel. Top class.
