    Jonny, Chris and team are a family firm who are skilled, professional and efficient. They were always on time, friendly, helpful, tidied up every day and provided excellent advice. This team have a lot of experience and offer a top quality finish. They pride themselves on their work .We would recommend this firm having used them on 3 occasions now.

    Callaghan's Rooflines completed a very high quality job. The team of three were very pleasant and helpful, and easy to get on with. The neatness and accuracy of the fitting of the pieces was excellent. A slight problem occurred when some of the (elderly) roof tiles broke as the old ridge tiles were being removed. Replacements were quickly traced, collected (from many miles away) and promptly fitted. An excellent company. I would recommend Callaghan's Rooflines without reservation.

    Wow what a brilliant and honest company! Impeccable workmanship and manners. We can't sing the praises enough of John and his employees Chris, David and Jason. They worked tiresly in all weathers, worked cleanly and safely, took care of our property, and gave us regular updates of their progress. They went above and beyond in replacing the odd unexpected historic cracked roof tile they came across including rotten wood and felt. Everywhere was swept clean during and at the end of each day and the upvc doors and windows were washed down at the end of the job. We highly, highly recommend.

Welcome to the profile of my company CALLAGHAN'S ROOFLINES my name is Jonathan Callaghan I've been trading since 2004 as a sole trader and have built my company on recommendations and an excellent customers base, our policy has always been and still is that we treat everyone's property as we'd want ours treat with the utmost respect, and for this reason I DO NOT sub-contract any of my work it's all carried out by myself Jonathan - Chris (brother).

We fit the roofline both ways either the full wood removal where you take all timber off and replace it with a 20mil jumbo fascia and vented soffits or we do the over clad which is where we use a 10mil capping board and a tongue and groove soffits. The over clad job is the most popular we do due to the fact if there's any rotten timber we cut it out and replace it free of charge we will NEVER cover any rotten timber. We also supply and fit the dry verge system on gable ends of the property and also the dry ridge system across the roof of the property.

All the fascia soffits and guttering come in a choice of colours which are White, Anthracite Grey, Black, Brown and Honey oak. Dry verge and dry ridge are available in Charcoal grey, Brown, Terracotta and white. All our work carries a 10 year contract guarantee and all the white products carry a 20 year colourfast guarantee so they stay white and don't discolour. Many thanks for taking your time reading the profile of CALLAGHAN'S ROOFLINES.
