We needed our downstairs cloak room completely refitted for our severely disabled son and entrusted the job to Carl. Having explained what we needed we were able to leave Carl to source everything and do the refit. He kept us posted throughout with regular updates as we moved out while the work was done. Carl is very reliable, punctual, polite and tidy. We are so pleased with the job he has done. It not only looks great, but meets all the requirements we gave him. Would definitely recommend Carl.

He arrived on time on the designated day and throughout he was courteous and left the work in a very neat, tidy and clean condition. We have no issue in asking Carl to come and help with any plumbing matter that we may have and I can recommend him unequivocally. It was actually quite refreshing to meet Carl, who turned out to be unlike any other tradesmen I have encountered...in a good way.
