    We were so pleased to find David on checkatrade and once we met him, knew he was the right tradesperson for the job. David and his colleague Dave, worked hard throughout the day to provide us with a lovely new downstairs and stair carpet. Very professional and tidy. So pleased with the results. Would use David again anytime.

    David left us with a good selection of samples to consider, giving us plenty of time to make the right decision. During carpet fitting, David was polite, friendly, and took great care not to mark any of our newly decorated rooms. Once complete everything was left clean and tidy, all rubbish removed. Very pleased with the results and we will be using David again. Highly recommended.

    So impressed with the service and new vinyl flooring fitted by David and his colleague. He really is a perfectionist. Such a great service, came to the house to measure up and show us samples. Very reasonable quote. David gave us a good old fashioned service, personal service, very reliable and did everything he said he would. He even fitted a new wood floor to even out the floor before laying the new vinyl flooring. Very pleased, will definitely use David again in the future.

Welcome to my business profile. I am David Russell of Carpetman - Sussex and I offer over 30 years of experience in the carpet trade.


I supply and fit carpets and vinyl flooring. I provide a home sample service where you choose from a large selection of samples in the comfort of your own home. I also offer a fitting only service for customers that have supplied their own carpets and vinyl flooring.

I am also a Prochem trained carpet and upholstery cleaning specialist using the latest machinery.
