    Richard and Zena arrived on time and took care of everything. Because of being busy they couldn't get to me until five days after red wine was spilt. Following their 'phone advice I'd done nothing to the stain. Apparently shiraz is easier than merlot, and we now have a carpet that's perfectly clean, after two hours work. The charge was excellent too. I, and my wife, couldn't be happier.

    Contacted the company and had a home visit on 19/02/24, provided an estimate and a provisional date for the treatment. We were more than happy to proceed so agreed time/date and Richard attended promptly. We made ourselves (plus dogs) scarce for about 4hrs then returned to find Richard just finishing. We kept off the flooring for another 12hrs and it's been a fabulous job. We had a very concise description of what the work would entail and Richard left us the proper cleaning solution so no more Flash for us! Excellent all round job and well-priced.

    Carpetsure cleaned our four suede type dining chairs 10 years old. One of which I had managed to spill fish oil down . The best ever cleaning job. Have had others previously. In every aspect I would only use carpet sure from now on. The chairs look brand new. Would not hesitate to recommend, my day has got off to a good start. Thanks Richard and Zena .
