    I will certainly be going back to Carroll Carpets for further carpet purchases in the future. Alex their shop manager was such a knowledgeable person to deal with and knows the carpet trade inside out. Made the whole event go with no problems at all. Landing and stair carpet fitted perfectly by Dan and his assistant. Can say that I cannot fault their work and they were exceptionally competent and polite.

    Used this company before so no worries using them again. The fitter that came was friendly, courteous and knew his trade and product. He and his female assistant/trainee did a brilliant job. Never seen a female fitter before but hey, give her a chance, why would she not be able to be as good as her trainer?
