10Verified ReviewSuperb service from the start. Mal contacted us on a Sunday to confirm he could visit us the next morning (wasn’t an emergency request). He turned up on time and was extremely courteous, explained the issues and what needed to be done. Leak fixed! We also wanted new taps and so this was done at the same time - he even went to get them for us! Finally, we asked about the boiler as we had initially thought the leak was from this, so he also carried out our annual service while at the property. Three jobs completed in one call out with no fuss - would highly recommend! Thank you!

9.25Verified ReviewThrough poor servicing my boiler decided to die on the 1st really cold day. Mal was able to come out the same day called to give us the bad news that boiler was dead . He was able to source and fit a new boiler the very next day. Also fitted a wireless thermostat at my request. Once ready to commission he found out that my gas meter was faulty and he arranged for services to come and change. He has registered the boiler and has ensured that serving will be done for the 10yr warranty without me having to remember.
