  Malcolm was always on time. He kept me fully informed at all times during the installation of my new shower tray. The job was done quickly and efficiently. I cannot praise Malcolm enough. I will definite use him again.

  Booked to come and quote for the job rescheduled at last minute and then after confirming on the the afternoon he was coming failed to attend when I questioned the reason I was told he made numerous calls and sent sent numerous texts which surprisingly I never received when I suggested he send me screenshots of the alleged texts he became rude and terminated the call make of that what you will but I’m glad he showed his lack of professionalism and integrity at such an early stage

  Malcolm responded quickly to our request for a quote to replace a shower pump. We felt his quote was fair and competitive for the work needed. He arrived on time and was friendly and professional. There were a few problems identified with our aging system that needed sorting out to fit the new pump, but he resolved these without any problem. We would definitely ask Malcolm to deal with any future plumbing and highly recommend him.
