    Workmen were booked for 11:000, arrived at 10:45 hrs. Very cheerful and friendly. They immediately got on with the work. About 11:45m I offered them a drink which they drank while continuing to work, I had to leave for an appointment before they had finished, so one of them explained the working of the lock etc. Overall an excellent piece of work, carried out by 2 professionals. I would fully recommend them.
