    Re-roofing, new gutters, new fibreglass roof system to flat roof , repointing chimney and new lead flashing to an extension roof - new roof looks super and the rest of the works as well. All rubbish removed and site left tidy - excellent work. Would recommend.

    Chris attended a tenanted property of mine to investigate the cause of a leak in both upstairs bedrooms. He arrived at the house when he said he would and provided videos and photos to show a new roof was needed. He attended the job when he said he would, provided photos on completion and then cleaned the windows and removed any final bits of debris once the scaffolding had been removed. Chris was quick to respond to messages and always ensured he let me know if he couldn't attend the property, rather than just not showing up. The price he provided was also very competitive.

    Chris was very professional in his approach to my job and the quality of his work. He arrived when he said he would do and got straight on with the job, which involved stripping the existing leaking roof. His team were courteous and helpful in explaining to me what they were doing and showing me photos of the work in progress. On completion of the work Chris showed me photos of the finished roof, which looked fantastic compared to my old leaking roof, and the site was left clean and tidy.

Chris Maggs Roofing Services has been established for over 35 years in the roofing sector. We have been local authority approved contractors for over 15 years, and we do not employ or subcontract any of our work.

We carry out every aspect of roofing works including the following:
