    Operative was on time, explained the procedure and was very polite and friendly. Furniture was moved and replaced by by him. Job took roughly 1 1/2 hrs. I was very pleased with the result. Would certainly recommend this Company!

    Charles is incredible. He managed to completely remove old pet stains and coffee stains I was previously told would never come out. I cannot recommend Charles and his wonderful charming nature more highly. I will never use anyone else again.
