    David arrived early with all the equipment ordered. He set about the work calmly and efficiently, clearly knowing and skillful. On completion of the installation and basic setup he took time to talk me through to operation of the equipment and helped me to complete the set-up of various tv and internet "accounts". I cannot state too highly how much his help is appreciated.
