Clova fitted 8 double glazed units to our property in 2015, 4 failed and had to be replace.  Which they were.  In Sept 22/Oct22 we contacted Clove to request the replacement of a further 4 panels (from the original 8).  Paul measured up, but we have had no follow up from our phone calls/emails.  We have, at our extra expense, facilitated scaffolding to be in place so no extra cost to them.  We have a 10 year warranty on these item.  Be warey of using this company.  Will take new orders, but reluctant to service their customer fully when there is a faul.

8 large double glazed windows for townhouse property.  2nd lot of 4 windows need replaced again.

Workmanship was excellent.  Simply, issues with aftercare.  No paperwork received to say its been registered with Fenza.  No response to calls, texts and emails.   Now having issues with broken window lock and this should be covered under the guarantee with the trade.   I hope to have contact from you soon to resolve this.

Double Glazed windows and conservatory roof replacement

Clova Windows have carried out previous work in our home, and was the only company I considered when requiring replacement of our patio windows.  The work was carried out diligently, and we're thrilled with our new French doors.  The quote was extremely competitive, and the work was carried out within the given time span.  Paul is a very neat, tidy and organised worker, and works to a very high standard.  I highly recommend Clova Windows, and I think you'd have to go a very long way to beat both prices, and quality of work.  Top man, top company!

Replacing patio doors with French windows.

This was really disappointing, I’m not sure if something happened to the owner of the company but they came out to quote at the property and said we would have a quote at the end of the day verbally and an email quote within 24 hours which was over two 3 weeks ago I have tried to call and text and I just get no response.

Came out to quote.  Never heard back.

Paul diagnosed the problem with my leaking conservatory roof.  We agreed a price and he agreed to do the work within 2-3 weeks.  Having heard nothing after 3 weeks I contacted him a number of times but he failed to respond.  It is now 6 weeks and I have to assume he is not going to do what he agreed and I will go elsewhere.  There may be good reason for delay, but no excuse for not keeping the customer informed.
