  Jordan, Jack and the team have been absolutely brilliant in carrying out the repairs needed on my roof. Although the work required was more extensive than originally thought, Jordan explained everything fully and offered different options at every step. He was patient, courteous and kind in all interactions and kept me fully informed at all times. Even with the added challenges with access and the property being listed they always had a positive attitude and it’s clear that they have very high standards of workmanship and pride in the work they do.
