    Great communication from start, the team were prompt and efficient. Left now mess were neat and tidy, no damage caused whilst fitting. Very polite and friendly service, very professional.     Gave detailed quote covering all work to be undertaken. No "high pressure" salesmanship, polite, friendly and professional. Answered all queries clearly, gave notice of when works would commence and which work would be carried out when. Dealt with all unexpected difficulties arising during works (wasp nest, bird nests, squirrel damage to wooden joists) without drama or extra costs. Worked hard to minimise mess or disturbance and cleared away all rubbish due to works being carried out. We are extremely pleased with the completed works and would unhesitatingly recommend this company.
