    Over a few months we heard what began to sound like rats in certain areas of the home, l must add that these were non-food areas. Although we never sighted any rodents, the movements and scratching noises we felt sure we had company on a regular basis. After months of tryingthe issue was now already bigger than we could handle. So that's where Combat services came in. An appointment was made and a lovely John came round,.     John was the technician who assisted us. I cannot convey more strongly how helpful, friendly, and punctual he was. He explained everything regarding the three visits, what and how he was going to attend to the situation, and what follow up would be required. He was attentive, confident and polite. I have never met anyone go beyond the standard of customer service he delivered. Truly an assett to the company. If you’re looking to book a job, request John. Outstanding!
