    Will was very quick to respond, he was at the house within an hour. He offered to also fix the broken chord on the window so we were left with a new window and also a working sash chord. Will was really clear with what he was going to do , polite and tidy. The work was of an excellent standard.

Glazing, as a trade, has seen a decline in recent years; with an abundance of window installation companies around often neglecting both modern and traditional glazing techniques.
