    I cant quite put into words how utterly wonderful this company are. They saved us from a deep, dark well we were stuck in, defencelessly losing a battle with an Insurance company. They are competent and knowledgeable about all the tricks people/companies pull and full of hope always that it will be ok. They were punctual, reliable, personable and so friendly! The work completed is immaculate! The precision and attention to detail is brilliant and all with a friendly smile! I cant recommend this company enough, they are guardian angels wanting to help! Dont hesitate to use them!!

    Im very pleased with the service provided by Concept. The Director Colin and colleagues were very professional and kept me fully informed. Colin always had time to explain the next steps and helped take the burden off dealing with all the insurers. He also managed to get the work done quite quickly. The place looks so lovely I would highly recommend Concept who go over and above to help you and make sure you are happy.

    I was so happy to find this company as I had been abandoned by the insurance company who told me I needed to use a Track&Trace service which I'd never even heard of. When I spoke to this company I immediately felt reassured that they knew what they were talking about and that they could help me solve the leak problem. They advised me on the various options and the best course of action and the costs involved, the best of which was that they can deal with the insurance company and that their fee would be covered by the insurance company. This gave me peace of mind and reassurance.

    I found Bernie and Rob's work to be of a high standard and efficiently carried out. They had a polite and friendly manner, informing me of what they were going to do at each stage of the job each day. They are very trustworthy and I left the keys when I could not be there. They paid attention to detail at the same time as working very hard.

We carry out all types of building work but we specialise in YOUR PROPERTY'S INSURANCE CLAIM REPAIRS

WE WORK FOR YOU

We will survey your property and issue a fully detailed scope including photos for you and your insurance company. We can liaise on your behalf with your Insurance Company and their Loss Adjusters

We will then carry out all the repairs.

If you have, or are about to make an insurance claim, please call us.

We do not charge a fee for our service as we are paid by your insurer for the reinstatement work. We carry out your insurance policy excess will still apply..

Our mission is to take away the STRESS and STRAIN from an insurance claim.
