Rectification of leaky toilet cistern in response to a prior plumber’s defective work

He arrived within a hour of my call and took time to analyse, explain and redo the faulty plumbing work a prior plumber had performed. He was very friendly and considerate. Heath very quickly diagnosed and corrected the issue. He sourced all the replacement parts very quickly. With a small amount of assistance, Heath was able to restore my toilet cistern to its former glory. The level of concern Heath had for my predicament was unprecedented. Heath also guided me over how best I could raise my concerns over the prior plumber’s work.
