    It was the first time I had used removal services so was not sure what to expect. The team was very efficient and made sure everything was packed in the van carefully. They also asked me where things should go in the new property. They made what could have been a stressful day go smoothly. I was very happy with the service and would recommend.

    1st class service! Couldn't recommend enough. I'm pregnant so was really worried about straining myself of being stressed; the guys eliminated the whole pressure and just worked like machines! They arrived early, finished way before expected and didn't less us do anything! The guys were super friendly, polite and very professional. Do not hesitate, book in and they won't let you down!

    The representative for CTW, Alan, set a meeting, arrived promptly and was clean, polite, friendly and professional, respectful of our property and wishes. After problems with our sale, CTW were understanding and flexible. On completion we approached CTW for a removal date. The day before they arrived for some prior packing and spoke with what they and we expected from the following day. On the day itself they arrived, packed and unpacked quickly and professionally with care. At the end of a very wet and busy day they took time to insure our happiness. I can’t recommend them highly enough
